When I was in college, I used to be in a group where we organize dance events and contests in the school. I was never really that choreographer type because I only do directing and supervision. We have another set of people doing choreography and production.
Part of the things that I got involved to is handling the budget. So every time we have to buy dance attires, props and other stuffs, I was the one deciding in which stuffs to prioritize. In turn, to facilitate all our needs, we came up to an online store where sets of discount dancewear are available. Time to Change
Its been a while since I discovered the wonderful world of blogging. Now that I have already made quite a good contribution to the blogsphere, I finally made a decision to change just a bit of what this blog is all about aside from getting a new website address for it. The domain isn't exactly as the old healthlines.blogspot.com. But due to the availability of the blog address, I have to come up with another site name and got thehealthlines.com instead.
I am also making a few changes as to what the content is all about. Although I will still write health tips on this blog, I will infuse a diffent topic that from time-to-time that is not related to health. It might be related to politics or current events but the bulk of future articles will still revolve around health.

My Sister's Shoe Addiction
Every girl in our family is dying for shoes and everyone has their huge collections of different kinds of them. One that I consider in our family as the queen of shoes is my youngest sister. She is a big fan especially of women's wedges and you will see them displayed in her room. Yes, just displayed and she rarely uses them. I am not exaggerating but I think she, along with her girl friends buy shoes every week.
Just earlier today, she was showing her new shoes to my mom that she got from the famous online women’s shoes store Jildor. It’s a high heeled kork ease sandals that she plans to wear at a friend's house party later on. But you know what, she is a living proof that girls really are fickle-minded, because I found out the reason why she kept on bragging the shoes to my mom is because she’s convincing my mom to buy her another from ugg. Oh man, girls really are girls.

Motorcycling is fun. I actually come to use motorcycle when my brother went home to let his big motorcycle stay at the house for the meantime while he’s out of town. Fashion Swap Shoes

The Fashion Swap (Rockwell, Makati)
The Fashion Swap held at Rockwell, Makati was the first ever fashion swap event in the Philippines. It was sponsored by The Rockwell Club and Fashion Group International. Obesity Epidemic
I just can't believe that more than 1/6 o the world population, that is more than 1 billion are overweight according to the World Health Organization and what is more surprising is that more than 300 million people are actually obese. Amazing.
You won't believe this but just a few days ago I had my annual physical exam at my company and a doctor had my body weight checked against my height and she concluded that I am actually overweight and she is putting me on a diet program which I strictly nee to follow! People always tell me that I am thin (and wasting LOL) and that I probably need nutritional supplement. Hearing so, I immediately told the doctor that she probably might be bluffing me or something but she was damn serious! And that I need to lose 2 pounds of my current weight. Oh well, she probably might be correct. She is basing all what she says on the numbers she got from my initial weight and height screening. Furthermore, she added that the Body Mass Index says it all. Hmm...For clinicians, a BMI of 25 is overweight and 30 are obese.
