I know some of you might be dying to confess right now about how you've ruined your diet over the holidays. ;) Its OK. The holiday season is very hard for people who are working on a diet plan but while its difficult to refuse parties and and other celebrations from friends and colleagues at work, you can take charge of how much you eat or how much calorie you take every time you much your favorite food.
I think I've written quite a good list of what you can do to keep your diet requirement during holidays. Its up to you how you can truly discipline yourself make sure that your daily calorie consumption at a minimum.
