How to Maintain Your Diet During The Holidays

Holidays are just pretty hard a time for people who are working on a diet plan. But who could possibly resist it an offer to eat when its time there's party let and right? I myself couldn't resist the temptation so I believe that we all are in the plight. =)

Given the kind of situation we all share this coming holidays, let me share some tips which worked for me and the many health buffs out there who shared some pretty pretty cool tips to let you keep that fat level from elevating.

  • Eat Less. There's no stopping but eat less. Eat all of the food served but eat a bite size or two.
  • Remember Veggies and Fruits. Fruits and vegetables deliver fewer calories and help eliminate unwanted fat from seeping across your intestine into your body. Natural weight loss nutrients actually came from fruits and veggies.
  • Pace Yourself. Make sure that you maintain proper pacing when eating. Let your body feel that you have ingested a great deal of calorie already before taking another round on the buffet.
  • Moderate Alcohol Intake. Alcohol intake promotes obesity. Abstain from alcohol and drink water more often.
  • Use Smaller Plates. In a party, use smaller plates. This tricks your brain that you are consuming a lot because it takes a few food to stuff your whole plate. Apparently, bigger plates makes your brain believe that you haven't had enough when you have a lot already.
