Now this Yoga thing intrigues me because all twisting and stretching actually makes the tummy tighter and flatter according to the recent study. In this undated photo above (three years ago), I had my finest abs I have ever dreamed of. I was doing crunches and push ups daily then although I never visited the gym back then. I miss my old self. But I have committed myself last week to regaining that kind of figure again. Wish me luck.

I would also love to try Yoga. I believe there were videos from YouTube that we can have for ourselves at home.
