Sleep. Its Good For Your Brain

sleeping womanA lot of people, which I am sometimes guilty of, deprive themselves of sleep not because they want to but because we have to keep up with some work deadlines, family affairs or just because we actually have to live with it because its our source of income. But we sometimes fail to understand that this small but constant sleep deprivation takes toll on your brain health.

Regular exercise and sleep and short but regular afternoon nap can optimize brain function and can help you lessen if not totally eliminate depression. If you work at night, make sure that you get regular sleep and eat nutritious food such as green leafy vegetables and fruits and organic stuff.

While its understandable that we have to exert a little effort in our finances, its not always advisable to do it on a daily basis. Our health is our investment. Decide on how you treat your body with the kind of lifestyle you choose to live.

Definitely, I really try getting enough sleep as much as possible.
