This may come as a misleading statement because its not me who's on a special diet but someone at work. I personally have no problem with my diet because I eat fresh vegetables and fruits everyday. I invest a lot on what I eat plus the fact that I exercise at least twice a week so I think that's a good start for a better health.
Dieting doesn't mean that you have to deprive yourself of the things you love to eat. People should realize that dieting is about eating variety of nutritious food but in moderation. Eat less per meal but have some light snacks in between. That's what I think is diet all about. Some people just don't seem to get it which makes it difficult for them to value what diet is really all about.
Remember that everybody their own unique diet to follow. Ask your doctor about it.
