Northern Philippines Suffering From Typhoon Pepeng's Wrath

Just when you thought its over, typhoon Pepeng apparently stopped its way to China and stayed in the Philippines in what it seemed to be a Fujiwara effect caused by another typhoon headed to Japan named Melor (Quedan, local name).

The municipality of Pangasinan, Dagupan, Ilocos region and Nueva Ecija and Tarlac were heavily inundated according to the recent news. I even have a friend whose relatives were trapped on top of their two-storey house. I couldn't believe that Ondoy's wrath in central and southern Luzon were repeated days after its destruction on the many parts of Manila region.

Typhoons never seem to stop. Is this the cause of global warming. Are we humans to blame or is this part of the Earth's natural and dynamic change in weather?
