
I've been busy whole week trying to finish up my project at work so I literally had little time checking on my diet. I've seen a huge increase in my body weight so I decided to really spend the whole week eating healthy foodstuffs.Here I prepared a home-made salad consisting of broccoli, grapes, green bell pepper and shredded/filleted chicken breast. Had a great time eating something that I think won't make me fat.
